OMG was founded in 2008 by Vicki Spencer. After becoming a mother and seeking a career that allowed her to work from home and remain present for her children, Vicki began researching ways she could make a meaningful impact in her community. Recognizing the growing needs of small businesses—especially during a time of economic hardship when many families were facing job loss, financial strain, and uncertainty—she turned her design and marketing skills into a mission to help.

Vicki began creating affordable, creative marketing strategies tailored to small businesses, helping them increase visibility, attract customers, and remain competitive. She also encouraged local businesses to support their communities through innovative promotions and value-driven offers. Through collaboration, perseverance, and strong community support, many local businesses were able to navigate the challenges and remain open during difficult times.

Today, Vicki has partnered with her amazing and talented daughters., Mae and Olivia, as they work together to help businesses build, launch, stabilize, and grow. They are accredited for their professionalism, kindness, and commitment to strengthen community through entrepreneurship and local business support.
